Here’s what you will need:
  • ½ a medium grapefruit
  • ½ a cucumber
  • ½ a lemon
  • 2 leaves of mint

Put all ingredients together along with ½ a gallon of water in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. You shouldn’t drink less than ½ a gallon a day for optimal results.

2. ‘Cinapple’ Detox Recipe:

Mixing apple with cinnamon has always been a wise choice of a healthy recipe. Rid your body of the harmful toxins and increase your metabolic rate while enjoying the flavor of your apple cinnamon detox drink.

What you need:
  • 1 gallon pitcher of spring water
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Sliced apples

Fill half of the pitcher with ice-cubes then add the cinnamon sticks (quantity are based on how you prefer the taste strong or mild) and finally the sliced apples.

3. ‘Berrymelon’ Detox Recipe:

Quench your thirst after an intense workout with this watermelon and strawberry detox recipe. It won’t only keep you hydrated but it will also hydrate your skin and make it soft.

What you need:
  • 1 gallon of sparkling water
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 2 sprigs of Rosemary

Add the strawberries and rosemary together in a bowl, then add them with the cubed watermelon to the pitcher, finally add the sparkling water to the pitcher and refrigerate it for a couple of hours before serving.
