Workout Description

This abs workout is dedicated for beginners to weight trainers who seek muscle building workouts and strength in their core. It consists of 4 sets and 2 exercises. You can perform this workout once or twice a week, or add it to the beginning or end of your regular fitness program.

Days Per Week: 1
Target Gender: Male & Female
  1. Warm your body up before this workout.
  2. Strict technique on all exercises. (see ab exercises)
  3. Make it a goal to improve at least one aspect of your workout each week.

Abdominals
Exercise Sets Reps
Crunches 2 12-15
Lying knee raises 2 12-15
