Three Highschool ladies take the fitness world by storm, whether they join the game alone, or with their family members, all three girls show outstanding commitment and unquestionable performances!
Farah Amr, a 15 years old student, joined CrossFit RHEA more than a year ago. She has been the national champion of both Pole vault and Gymnastic. Her dedication to training is one of her strength points. In her free time, she also plays the Piano. She has been competing this year in the CrossFit Open 2019 & EFFL Team, and now, she ranks first place in the EF3 in her age division(Teens 15-17). We are excited to see what the future holds for her.
Mariam Soliman, a 10th grade High school student, joined CrossFit RHEA more than a year ago. She has been persistent in her training, and at the same time excellent in her education. In the competition field, she has done the Crossfit Open 2019, EFFL Team and achieved 3rd place in EF3. Her most beloved hobby is photography.
Sara Tarek, 9th grade student, joined CrossFit RHEA alongside her brother, mother and later father (who competes as well). She has a solid will to train and challenge herself to never give up. In the competition floor, she has been part of EFFL Team, ranking 2nd place finisher EF3 under the division of (15-17). Although she still has one more year to be officially 15. Her hobbies beside study and training are all in art, programming, and photography.
