Gentle Hatha yoga for all levels

An hour of gentle yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) ended by 10 min of savasana relaxation and a heart warming mantra (chant).
The Gentle Hatha class is suitable for students of all levels as well as beginners and pregnant women.
