The January’s Trilogy includes:

Thursday 11th Power Circle Challenge
This Master Class offers Classic Basic Mat routine variations using the Power Circle. The master class will start with a brief introduction on how to use the power circles it’s benefits and characteristics, covers variations and modifications to challenge / facilitate the execution for different population and levels.

Thursday 18th UGIlates
This Master Class offers Classic Basic Mat routine variations using the UGI balls. The master class will start with a brief introduction on how to use the UGI balls, covers variation and modification to challenge / facilitate the execution for different population. It will also include some fitness based exercises to add some cardio and strength training concepts.

Thursday 25th Foam Roller Stability and Fascia release
This Master Class offers Classic Basic Mat routine variations using the Foam Rollers. The master class will start with a brief introduction on how to use the Foam Rollers, covers variation and modification to challenge / facilitate the execution for different population. It will also include some basic fascia release concepts and use the rollers to offer a deep tissue massage-like options for the end of the session.
