Tai Chi & Qi Gong classes

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition ( Internal Healing Martial Art) that can be practiced as a graceful healing form of exercise. Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.
It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing resulting in nourishing the body internal organs with Chi energy that can boost our lives and balance our spirit.

Why to start practice Tai chi?
Tai Chi has been shown to improve balance, agility, strength, flexibility, muscle tone and coordination. Tai Chi can help to calm the mind, improve concentration and reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and heart rate.

Finally, the deep breathing of Tai Chi stretches the muscles involved in breathing, and releases tension. In addition, it can help to increase blood circulation to the brain, which may help increase mental alertness.

Who can do Tai Chi?

Our instructor Nass is a martial arts instructor under the World Taiji Boxing Association (UK). He studied under Erle and Eli Montaigue Master Degree in China, and also trained under Nasser Butt Senior Instructor and the North England Representative for the World Taiji Boxing Association . Nass’ style is Wu-Dang Boxing consisting of Taijiquan & Baguazhang: this style is the original Yang Tai Chi style that can enhance healing chi energy level to the supreme plus its unquestionable subconscious self-defense striking skills.
