Vinyasa flow with Amina

The vinyasa flow class is a sequence of postures designed to work on synchronizing and coordinating the movement with the breath. 40 minutes of intense practice is followed by a 15 minutes guided meditation to cool down the body after a fierce flow. The class is open for all levels.
Amina is a dancer and a yoga teacher. She began her yoga journey 5 years ago, practicing on her own. She then decided to study in Mysore, India. She has completed a 250 hr training in Yogadarshanam. Amina has been teaching for two years. She has a special talent bringing fluid movement and choreography to her yoga teaching.
