Shat-kriyas (six cleansing techniques) and its related therapies.

Anatomy and physiology of yogic practice.
Has been into teaching yoga for Eight years and, in this short period, has shown exceptional qualities of a yoga teacher. He is running his own Yoga School in Rishikesh name Vinyasa Yogashala from last 2 years.
Obtained his Masters of Science in Yogic Science from Sanskrit University in Uttarakhand in 2014. Furthermore, Ashish undertook yogic training from the highly accredited International School of Yoga, Ved Niketan Dham in Rishikesh. 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul. �
Ashish won gold, silver, and bronze at the Straight Level competition in asana. Ashish also awarded bronze at the Lakulish World Yogasana Championships in 2013. As an explorer and traveler, Ashish has attended many seminars and workshops on physical education, sports, and yoga, giving him insight into many new concepts of yoga from around the world. Has taught in Thailand in year 2014 at Make Friends Yoga studio. Conducted Teacher Training in Nepal since 2015 to 2017.Visit to Egypt for Yoga workshop in April 2018.
Responsible for teaching asanas, pranayama, meditation, mantras and other yoga forms.�
Obtained her post-graduate in Yoga from Sanskrit University in Haridwar in 2011. She continued her education by obtaining a Masters of Science in Yogic Science in 2013. Furthermore, Tanushree completed her six-months certificate training from Ved Niketan Ashram and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul.
Tanushree worked as a yoga instructor at Ananda in the Himalayas, a world-renowned yoga and spa that celebrities such as Prince Charles have attended. Tanushree has participated in many international seminars and even invited as a speaker at the California Beauty and Spa in Kazakhstan to cover yoga, pranayama, meditation, and pregnancy yoga. She has also been honored by the Embassy of India for actively participating in the First International Day of Yoga.
