Walk ‘N’ Yoga | Wild Guanabana

After a long week in the busy city, spend your Saturday unwinding at Wadi Degla; hiking, basking in the sun and doing some yoga. Let’s Walk ‘n’ Yoga! #LiveWild
HOW TO REGISTER:

WHERE TO MEET:
We will meet at the Wadi Degla Protectorate gate at 9:30 and we start the hike at 10am SHARP so make sure you’re there on time!
WHAT TO BRING:
1. Bring a mat for the yoga, if you don’t have a yoga mat, any small rug or a kleem mat will do.
2. Bring water for the walk.
3. Wear runners or comfy sports shoes.
4. Bring a cap as well and wear sunscreen.
*The event is FREE. All you need to do is pay the LE 5 entry fee to the protectorate.
WHO CAN JOIN:
Anyone at all. Age, experience and fitness level does not matter. Kids are welcome, ages 7 and above.
WHAT IS WALK ‘N’ YOGA?
On the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, Wild Guanabana is inviting you to connect with nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sometimes we will also do yoga, but we will always hike.
Walking, breathing and taking in your surroundings is a powerful way to keep you centered. We can’t wait to see you all there!
