A yoga practice that is moderately challenging will keep you fit, healthy, and boost your metabolism. It will also revitalize you with plenty of energy to digest your food and go about the rest of your day. Yoga breathing techniques will help you curb cravings, chew your food slowly and enjoy your fasting experience!
When: June 12th – July 6th
Days: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays
Fees: 100 EGP per class
(750 EGP for the whole month program)
