Yoga for Kids
Children encounter emotional, social, and / or physical challenges – a dedicated and intentional yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures can be incredibly valuable for them.
This class makes children experience Yoga in a fun, relaxing and accessible way. It’s an introduction session to see how children can amazingly benefit when adding Yoga into their daily life. They learn to manage stress, be healthy, and most importantly have some control over their emotions, moods and behavior. Yoga has been proven to strengthen the body, regulate moods and prevent illness, while meditation helps children concentrate better at school, display greater imagination, control moods and behavioral problems, and have a healthy, positive outlook on life.
