Become aware of the signs of continuous stress and learn how to balance:
a)The physical effect:
•Channelling the energy and countering the all-day fixed posture practice
•Relaxing practice
•Strengthening/energizing practice to defy stress on the long run
b)The physiological effect:
•Breathing exercises to energize or to relax our bodies and minds
c)The psychological and mental effect:
•On the long run, experience increased productivity, mental awareness and creativity levels

Yoga is a recommended life style to live our goals, not a short cut to achieve them.
