The workshop combines strength training, cardio endurance and flexibility with partner work! It also helps build toned and coordinated muscles in a safe, fun and progressive environment.

March 31 @ 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

Heya is a one-day fitness showcase featuring the hottest and latest fitness trends in town. Presented by certified and licensed instructors and trainers, our schedule is packed with a different session every half hour with up to 20 sessions in one day. A perfect chance to get to try out multiple classes and see what the buzz is all about. You might just find your new favorite workout.
