This week, we have five new events happening.  We have 2 yoga events, 2 running events, and an Athlete camp. Check all the details below each event to decide where you will be going this week.

Survival Race 5 km & Scorpion Race 21 km

July 20 @ 5:00 pm – July 21 @ 7:00 am

5:00 pm: Gathering at Wadi Degla gate
6:00 pm: enter wadi degla and camping, learning basic survival skills, while gathering around fire and barbecue.
4:30 am: running
7:00 am: leaving Wadi Degla

OPEX Athlete Camp: Egypt

July 22 @ 8:00 am – July 23 @ 5:00 pm

-Learn how to prepare and fuel for single event days over multiple weeks
-Learn how to fuel and prepare for multiple event weekend competitions
-Learn how to train through the multiple week competitions while still performing at a high level and staying healthy
-Learn how high-level athletes peak for their priority competitions
-Learn how to operate your specific engine for the CrossFit Open, Regionals, and the Games based on your individual fitness level
-Learn the most effective pace and strategy based on your individual strengths and weaknesses
-Train with other CrossFit and fitness minded competitors over the weekend
-Lecture and Q&A Session with OPEX coaches

Yoga for beginners

July 22 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

*These classes are mainly for both beginners & intermediate levels
*Mats are provided, but you can bring your mat of course

Beginning date: 22nd July
Every Saturday
Time: 5-6 pm

Fees: 400 LE for 4 classes
Walk in: 120 LE Per class
