They offer you a website as well as an application, where you can download your workouts and do it from wherever you like. The best part is, you can upload the videos to your coaches to review and give you their feedback.
With 5 years of coaching experience, Hassan Gabr started 2 different programs; ‘lean’ is a program dedicated to weight loss and toning. The other program, ‘strong’ is for those interested in bodybuilding and strength, with a focus on 3 major lifts (deadlift, squats, and bench press). With that program, you get functional bodybuilding along with some cardio workout.
With any of those two programs, you get a PDF with a nutritional guideline to walk you through what to eat, what not to eat, and how to eat.
The program is 12 weeks long. When those 12 weeks are over, you have the choice to start another 12 weeks of programs like ‘strong 2’.
