Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results…fast. It’s a calorie-torching that allows you to burn up to 600 calories in one enthusiastic and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Each 60-minute Jazzercise class features a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, and Latin-style movements set to popular music

But now it has changed a little bit, in addition to classic Jazzercise, customers also get to enjoy focused strength training in 65 and 45 minute segments (Strength 60 and Strength 45); Core (Cardio with a crunching core focus);Lo (classic Jazzercise without jumping for a power workout that’s easier on the joints); Fusion (a circuit workout that combines dance aerobics and strength training);Strike (features jabs and kicks with a focus on muscle development); Express (a 30-minute power class); and Lite (a more Zen-like version of classic Jazzercise).

The music leaves you breathless, toned and wanting more.
