1- You can do 20 pushups
The number of pushups that you can do in a row is a great indicator of your health. Performing 20 straight full pushups is what a typical male should be able to do. If you can’t-do 20 in a row, maybe you should give more attention to your strength training.
2- You have a shiny hair

Healthy skin is elastic; Pinch the skin on the back of your hand. It should return to its normal state very quickly. If it doesn’t, you might be suffering from dehydration. Drink more water and fluids.
4- Your heart rate returns to normal after 5 minutes of a cardio session
The sooner your heart rates go back to normal after a cardio session, the better your health and shape are. Ideally, it takes five minutes or less to go back to normal.
5- Your urine is not deep in color
If that’s the case, then you’re dehydrated and should be drinking more water and fluids.
6- You have pink and firm nails
Ideally, your nails should be pink, firm, and have a smooth surface. If that’s not how your nails look, head to the doctor. It could be an indicator of diabetes or a respiratory disease, depending on the signs.
