The Master Cleanse Detox Water
This recipe is a bit hardcore, as it is very strong and cleanses your entire body system.
4 cups of water (filtered, purified or mineral water is your choice)
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/10 of cayenne pepper
A dash of sea salt
Mix, Stir, & Enjoy
The Day Spa Apple Cinnamon Detox Water
Now I found this recipe on Pinterest a few months ago and let me tell you. . . It’s AWESOME! If you’re an apple cider fan this one is for you. This recipe aids in weight loss and is rich with vitamins. Cinnamon fights off diabetes and lowers cholesterol.
4 cups of water (Filtered, purified or mineral water is your choice)
1 Apple Sliced (Any kind of apple works)
1 Cinnamon stick (Don’t use powdered cinnamon, it will clump in the water)
Add Apple & Cinnamon Stick to water. Leave the mixture in the fridge for two to three hours so all the flavors infuse. Feel free to add ice.
