- 2 cups yellow lentil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1 grated onion
- dry cilantro
- salt and pepper
Place lentil, vegetables, and spices in a pot over high heat and cover with water. Leave it to boil for 15 minutes.
Leave it to cool down then blend with the hand blender.
