The best way to avoid a cold feet, is to get moving. People tend to hibernate during the winter, but we are no bears! Winter workouts are way more beneficial to you than cold medications and air killing heaters.

Getting the blood circulating actually enhances your immunity to fight the winter blues. Here are some outdoor activities to consider ( avoid hypothermia)
