This training is from intermediate to advanced level and its concentrate on your incline chest if you want more results on your incline chest this training will be the suitable one for you.

 

  • Note: Any incline chest press, you must move you elbows little bit forward for more results on your incline chest muscle because the movement of exercise must be in a parallel line with the fibers of your exercise muscle to get more accurate results and bigger incline chest.

Row machine single hand with pull ups to failure

Superset is for 3 sets 10 reps then count till failure pull ups.

In this training we will add wide shrugs on bravo cable but Superset with last exercise ( back extension machine ) 3 sets 12,12,12.
