1.Morning Classic Detox ( Lemon -Ginger)

Roles :
- Lemon: antioxidant, aid in digestion
- Ginger : anti-inflammatory, antioxidant
Preparation:
- 1 cup of warm water
- Squeeze half a lemon
- Then slice a few pieces of ginger
- ……and finally, sweeten with honey.
2. Apple Cider Turmeric Detox (Apple cider vinegar-Cayenne Pepper-Lemon)

Roles:
- Apple cider : anti-bacterial
- Cayenne: aids the body’s natural detoxifying mechanism
- Lemon: antioxidant
Preparation:
- 1 cup of warm/hot water
- Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Add 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Then ¼ teaspoon turmeric

3. Detox Dandelion Tea

Roles:

Preparation:
- like any tea, you’ll need to add hot water to dried dandelion roots.
4. Fresh Cranberry Juice

Roles:
- Cranberry: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, treats UTI, and aids in digestion
Preparation:
- Crush ½ a cup pf cranberries
- Put the crushed cranberries 30 mins in a cup of water before drinking.
5. The Green Juice ( Apples- Kale- Cucumber-Spinach-Lemon )

- Kale: strong antioxidant
- Cucumber: hydrant- antioxidant

Preparation:
- In a juicer/mixer, put 3 large green apples, 200 grams of kale, ½ a cucumber, and 1 cup of fresh spinach,
