Prenatal (Pregnancy) Yoga [2nd and 3rd Trimester]
This Prenatal yoga class encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that Prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.
We will help you:
– Improve your sleep,
– Reduce stress and anxiety,
– Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth,
– Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
Who can join:
– Pregnant women who have successfully completed their 1st Trimester
– Non-Pregnant women who would like to practice a slow-paced meditative Yoga flow
Notes:
**Please get your doctor’s approval to practice Yoga based on the health status of the baby and yourself
