Yalla Fullmoon Night at Wadi Degla Vol. II

The moon is a spiritual planet. Meditation at full moon time is a unique spiritual experience that helps us connect at deeper levels. The experience is even more unique when it is away from the city in the heart of the desert.
August 2017 full moon gives a powerful drive for personal success for us to draw upon.
Join Yalla Yoga’s newest event “Yalla Full Moon Night at Wadi Degla” on Saturday, August 5th from 7:00-10:00pm for a spiritual night of awakening and connecting. Let Dalia take you on an experience of inner calmness, spiritual growth and bliss.
We kick the magical night off by a short silent hike to connect inside out and feel the oneness. Then we settle down in our candle-lit spot.
During the first hour, we get to understand about the full moon impact on us. We also get to understand the specific energies this full moon brings and the opportunities they create for us. Then the magic of the meditation begins and we all transcend.
What to Expect:

– 20 minutes silent hike into and then out of the Wadi

– connecting with the point of stillness inside you
– simple Yoga exercises to awaken self-power
– meditation
– post meditation sharing and reflecting
Bring fuits, a snack or a light dish to share in a candle light circle after the meditation. Snack should be healthy and preferably vegeterian.
