YallaYoga 101 for Beginners – Starts July 11th!

Whether you’re a beginner to yoga or have tried a few classes, this Program offers you the opportunity to get introduced to yoga from A to Z.
– Learn the names of poses and their benefits on the body and mind.
– Discover the correct way of breathing and relaxing to restart and recharge your system.
– Get a glimpse into the philosophy of yoga.
– Consider starting your own at home yoga practice and relax.
– Expect to meet like-minded people who seek to create a healthy way of life. Our healthy life style will leave you feeling light in your body, clear minded, and ready to meet any of life’s challenges with ease!

Duration: 20 hours, 5 weeks, 2 classes per week, and 2 hours per class
When: Mondays & Wednesday 7:30-9:30 PM
