Studio ZAT presents Yoga with “Sandy Sawiris”
Pranayama is the practice of regulating the breath and expanding (Ayama) your life force / vital energy (Prana) in order to increase lung capacity, vitality, and overall wellbeing.
A mix of simple postures (Asanas) and Pranayama techniques. Focusing on Opening up all the major joints, stretching the muscles of the body and removing any blockages preventing free flow of energy in the body.
Focusing on the breath, all postures are simple and comfortable; intended to release the tension, keep the breathing regulated and direct the awareness on the inner-self.
Starting Tuesday September 19
Every Tuesday from 6 Pm to 7 Pm
