Events of the week: dancing, running, and flexibility workshops

This week is full of interesting events; you can go dancing, run the Giza zoo, or attend one of the many flexibility workshops.

Mother’s Day “Dance & Bounce”

March 19 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

The event will include:
– 6:00 pm Zumba kids.
– 6:45 pm Zumba dance.
– 7:30 pm kangoo jumps.

Hip & Heart Opening Workshop with Hannah Taha

Heart Opening workshop w/ Hannah Taha

March 21 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

This workshop is designed to teach your body to flow in harmony, synchronizing movement to breath. We will work on exploring ways to deepen our flexibility and improve spinal mobility. We will explore many backbending postures such as wheel, cobra, full camel and drop backs using the wall.

Hannah Taha Hip & Heart Opening Workshop

March 23 @ 2:00 am – 4:00 pm

This two-hour workshop will cover the basic fundamentals for shoulder and upper spine flexibility as well as hip mobility.

Women’s Healing Circle w/ Dina Elbanna at Mudra

Come together in this sacred women’s healing circle to embrace the joy of sisterhood. Together, we create a sacred space within which we connect our hearts, lift our spirits, and honor each other. Flexibility Workshop by Hannah Taha (Hip & Heart Opening)

March 25 @ 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm

This two hour workshop will cover the fundamentals of
heart opening and hip flexibility. We will target different muscle groups and explore various ways of deepening flexibility and stability, emphasizing on camel pose, wheel pose and pigeon pose.
