July is here, which means it’s officially summer time in Egypt. We wanted to help you out and show you some of the best events happening this week; There are Yoga, heart opening workshops, and Go-kart races. read through the coming lines for more details.

Yoga for Young Ladies (Ages 10-16 years)

July 3 @ 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

 

In these sessions, we will introduce the girls to basic and advanced yogic postures. We will teach them important breathing techniques, fun partner poses, and most importantly, work on self-image.

Heart Opening Workshop with Hannah Taha

July 3 @ 6:00 pm – July 4 @ 8:00 pm

Heart-Opening Part I:
Reawaken your practice with these fundamental techniques to lengthen the spine and open the heart. You will learn how to properly prepare the body to backbend with ease and strength, as well as how to unlock your spine’s natural full range of motion. This workshop is designed to teach you to flow in harmony, synchronizing body, breath and movement while releasing tension from the entire body and accessing full spine flexibility.

Heart Opening II:
This workshop will lead you through deeper postures to open the heart. It will include techniques to work on shoulder and upper spine flexibility, front body lengthening for your hip flexors, quadriceps, and tools for splits to prepare for strong, balanced and healthy backbends.

Yoga 101 Beginners only

July 3 @ 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm

This 4 week course will introduce you to the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga philosophy, the energetic and spiritual aspects of yoga and will allow you to develop your own personal home practice.

Yoga is an advanced science that uses postures, breathing techniques, chanting, gestures, relaxation and meditation to produce a balanced physical, mental and energetic body that can allow you become one with your true self and with the divine self.

Go Kart Pro Egypt Race

July 7 @ 11:00 am – 8:00 pm

The race consists of a tour for every 8 competitors. The first winner of each tour is registered and then rounds will be held to finish it among all the first place winners and whoever wins in all
The tournaments receive the trophy cup and enter the second stage when the date is set

Acroyoga & AYFit Workshop

July 7 @ 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

AcroYoga brings together the elements of acrobatics, yoga and thai massage. From yoga, we take smoothness, respect for the body, calmness and flow flowing breath. From acrobatics we take strength with control and funky moves, from Thai massage we take careful connection and a caring touch. We help each other up, and down, in the air in a safe way. You will develop your strength, balance and ability to work with other people.

Yalla Ladies Shape Up For Summer! (Vinyasa for Ladies)

July 9 @ 7:30 pm

Yalla Shape Up For the Summer with this series of 16 classes designed to strengthen muscles, tone your body, and improve fitness levels. You will learn yoga poses that will heat up your body, boost metabolic rate, and burn fat in the best ways possible to shape up for the summer.
