Another week full of great events. We have biking, pilates, American Football, rowing and so much more. Even if you just want to relax, do yoga, and eat healthy and clean food, we have that too.

Tai Chi & Qi Gong classes

Our instructor Nass is a martial arts instructor under the World Taiji Boxing Association (UK). He studied under Erle and Eli Montaigue Master Degree in China, and also trained under Nasser Butt Senior Instructor and the North England Representative for the World Taiji Boxing Association. Nass’ style is Wu-Dang Boxing consisting of Taijiquan & Baguazhang: this style is the original Yang Tai Chi style that can enhance healing chi energy level to the supreme plus its unquestionable subconscious self-defense striking skills.
