Gentle Hatha yoga for all levels

An hour of gentle yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) ended by 10 min of savasana relaxation and a heart warming mantra (chant).

Prenatal (pregnancy) yoga, registration required

This Prenatal yoga class encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that Prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

SODIC Charity Run 2017

Join SODIC’S annual Charity Run on Friday the 10th of November at 7:45am in SODIC West for a 6km run in collaboration with CAIRO RUNNERS and supporting Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation.

Open Sivananda Yoga session
November 10 @ 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Two hours of Yoga practice giving practitioners time to do breathing exercises, several rounds of sun salutations, the 12 main yoga postures and relax in between postures and a long final relaxation: A rejuvenating and relaxing session. Open to beginners and regular practitioners

Vinyasa flow with Amina
November 11 @ 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
The vinyasa flow class is a sequence of postures designed to work on synchronizing and coordinating the movement with the breath. 40 minutes of intense practice is followed by 15 minutes guided meditation to cool down the body after a fierce flow. The class is open for all levels.
