The immune system can be defined as the body’s defense against the different diseases. It was designed to protect our bodies against common colds and flu as well as more serious diseases like heart diseases. We know life is busy and everyone is hustling, but a proper nighttime sleep is fundamental to keep a healthy lifestyle. Researchers recommend 7 to 9 hours of sleep to allow your immune system to do its job and your body to function properly.


It is time to give up that pre-bed cup of caffeine and establish a night-time routine to help you sleep faster and better.
