Drop everything and take a break; Go out and leave your laptop at home, have coffee with a friend, spend a weekend by the beach, head to a spa, explore new music, take a walk, read a new book. Create a list of things that bring you joy
This list will come in handy when you feel down. You can list everything that makes you happy like calling your parents, reading a book, watching a movie, or anything else.
