I’m a Dentist with a passion for Bodybuilding and fitness. I’ve been through it all. I’ve been overweight, thin and muscular. My journey with fitness started when I was in my third year of university. I was tired of the person I saw in the mirror. I decided to change. In 5 months time I went down from 120 kilos to 78 kilos. With no exercise. Simply eating less of everything and cutting out trash food. I didn’t look good with my clothes off but I made a change in my life. That tells you something, we’ve all seen people who are good at making up excuses like “I can’t lose weight”. Then they eat a burger every other day and convince themselves that “This won’t hurt” or “Just this time”.

I’m now in the best shape of my life. Don’t get me wrong, I’m always looking to better myself!
“Proud but never satisfied” is my motto !
In effort to spread awareness to anyone wanting to change their body I have started a YouTube channel.
I post informative Nutritional videos based on Scientific research.
A “how to guide” for anyone who wants to know how to perform exercises at the gym.
Including the big 3 movements people often get injured doing (Squats, Barbell Bench Press and Deadlifts).
Last but not least, Entertaining vlogs !
