More than 800 runners gathered in New Alamein for the third edition of Race The Coast, one of the standout summer running events organized by Cairo Runners. Held at North Square Mall as part of the Yalla Sahel celebrations, the event welcomed runners of all levels to enjoy a unique race experience alongside the Mediterranean coastline. Participants took part in the 10K, 5K, and 2K races, creating an unforgettable atmosphere from sunrise preparations until the final finishers crossed the line at sunset. The event was attended by Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, highlighting the growing importance of community sports and active lifestyles in Egypt. With incredible energy, scenic coastal views, and hundreds of passionate runners, Race The Coast once again proved why it has become one of the most anticipated running events of the summer.
