
Summer is knocking on our doors; a great way to work on your body for the season is band workouts. A band workout will help you stay fit, get stronger, lose fat, and have fun. Here is my workout routine; get yourself a band and just follow the instructions.
Start with (Crab Walk) side to side 3 steps to the right 3 steps to the left *4 Rounds
15 Squats
20 Jump Squats
Donkey Leg Lifts 20 reps each side
15 Band Deadlifts
12 to 15 Lateral Arm Extensions
12 to 15 Single Arm Row each side
12 to 15 Biceps Curls each side
• REPEAT THIS WORKOUT FROM 2 TO 3 TIMES FOR BEST RESULTS.
•• Choose a band that will challenge your muscles. Increase the resistance strength to increase the intensity on your muscles.
