Cancer has a major impact on our society & across the world. Many people are diagnosed with & die from cancer each year. Given the food we eat, the pollution we live in & the water we drink, We should take serious steps to prevent ourselves & our loved ones from all the threats.

Did you know that one-third of all cancer deaths could be prevented by eating a healthy balanced diet & by exercising regularly?

So what is the golden rule here?

We should all exercise regularly, include at least one of the “super” cancer-fighting foods & limit the consumption of any kind of alcohol.
