Just in case you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months, we wanted to tell you about F square. F square Aerial Arts and Fitness is an aerial arts studio that offers a unique fitness experience. They offer a variety of classes that you wouldn’t see combined elsewhere like Pole, Aerial Silk, Aerial Hoop, Acrobatics, flexibility and contortion, Cardio, and even classes for kids.
One of our favorite things about F square is how they understand our needs; they know we want the abs, they know we want the lifted booty, but they also know we get bored quickly and we can’t bear through a gym routine to get there. That’s why their classes are a bit different from anything else you see; they focus on the entertainment and empowerment side of a workout, you truly get to embrace and enjoy your femininity while getting the body of your dreams. Their motto is “Fit like a champ, feminine like a model”. This makes F square more of a ‘lifestyle’ than it’s a fitness studio.
F square Aerial Arts and Fitness started as a little fitness studio in Zamalek. In a 6 month period, Fsquare managed to grow and expand; they opened a new branch in Sheikh Zayed City inside Samia Allouba, Americana Plaza.
