Step class is a high energy and fun fitness class that involves a range of aerobic moves using step techniques to enhance your workout routine.
Step classes are divided into two types, Step I & Step II.
Step I adds new heights to your cardiovascular workout. However Step II offers higher intensity, as well as more challenging choreography to your workout. Prior experience in Step I is recommended for those who want to join Step II class.
