This is a good protein shake for bulking.
What you need:
- 250ml skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 scoops of whey protein powder (your choice)
Blend all ingredients together. You can add some extra peanut butter and replace the skimmed milk with whole milk and turn this shake into a high calorie weight gainer.
