About I was born in Egypt in 15-jun-1993
I studied my Boxing education in Sports College for Teach I started Boxing and Kung fu together since i was 8 years old. I finished boxing & Kung fu in Feb-2010 and started Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Egypt & Arab boxing Champion weight 64 kg year (2006-2008) Egypt Bodybuilding Champion weight 75 kg year (2011) Egypt MMA Champion weight 70 kg 2013 And now i work as group fitness instructor Body Combat – Certified lesmills and (Personal trainer / Boxing trainer) I want to say that sports is the best way to healthy life style. I want to invite everyone to do sports what ever your age or your gender Never Give Up!! |
